How Verification Works
Anyone can register. Only members who pass the checks for their category receive the verified badge — so the badge always means something.

Register
Create a member account in your category — free during launch with the code WELCOME1. Registering does not make you verified.
STEP 02
Share your documents
Upload your registration, licence or certificates. Files are stored privately and used only for verification.
STEP 03
We check and review
Details are checked against official sources wherever possible, then reviewed by the BORFINDIA certification board.
STEP 04
Get your verified badge
Your profile shows the category flag, the date it was verified and a QR code anyone can scan to confirm it.

Does paying the registration fee make me verified?
No. Registration only creates your member account. The verified badge is given only after your documents are checked and approved for your category.
How much does registration cost?
During the launch period, member registration is free with the code WELCOME1 (100% off the ₹499 registration fee). Registration is free — but the verified badge still has to be earned through review.
What does the verified badge confirm?
It confirms that the documents listed for your category were checked on the date shown on your profile. It confirms credentials — it is not a government approval or a guarantee of treatment results.
How are my documents used and stored?
Your documents are stored privately, seen only by the review team, and used only for verification. Personal data is handled with your consent, as required by India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
Can I belong to more than one category?
Each category has its own flag and its own checks. If you work in more than one area, each category is verified separately.
What happens when my licence expires?
Badges are re-checked. When a licence or registration expires, the matching flag is paused until updated documents are reviewed.
Can traditional healers without registration join?
They are welcome in our knowledge-documentation work, but only practitioners registered under Indian law can be listed and verified as doctors.
